GOOGOL MEANING
Googol, equivalent to 10 to the power of 100, was conceptualized in 1938 by the American mathematician Kasner to invent a word representing this vast number. He sought the opinion of his 9-year-old nephew, Milton. After contemplating for a few minutes, young Milton coined the term ''googol'' which was enthusiastically embraced by both uncle and nephew. Through Kasner’s promotion, ''googol'' gradually gained public acceptance and became a standardized mathematical term.
