"This year's Lantern Festival, the moon and the lanterns remain the same." In traditional Chinese culture, the lunar new year isn't considered complete until the Lantern Festival, which has been celebrated since the Western Han Dynasty and is known as one of the most romantic traditional festivals. With the renewal of all things, although the chill of winter has not yet dissipated and spring flowers have not fully bloomed, the colorful lanterns of the Lantern Festival bring forth a splendor and vitality akin to spring.
Minister Xia Weiguo from the Materials Department Presided Over the Meeting.
Lighting a lantern symbolizes good wishes; reading a piece of literature voices sparks of thought; gathering in a classroom to share multiple insights. On February 24, 2024, amidst the joyous Lantern Festival, the 25th session of the "Joyful Reading and Philosophical Co-Creation Club" book review sharing event was held at the Zhixing Academy. This session was hosted by Minister Xia Weiguo of the Materials Department.
Title: "The First Bucket of Gold" Department: Procurement Author: Zeng Gangzhu
The so-called "first bucket of gold" is not a specific monetary amount. The key to the first bucket of gold lies not in the "gold" but in the "bucket." "Bucket" implies that you have mastered a method of acquiring wealth. With this bucket, you can fill it with a second bucket of gold, a third bucket of gold.
The essence of this bucket is to identify problems and solve them. Identify problems in life and gain returns by helping others solve them. Many people are fixated on the first bucket of gold, even attributing life failures to the lack thereof. However, a rational approach would be to let go of all illusions, stop complaining, identify the direction, and start now. When we applaud the legends of business tycoons, we should not forget that in less glamorous places, there are many ordinary people also striving with their efforts, pursuing their ideals. Success can vary in scale, but dreams deserve equal respect.
